When it came time to choose my thesis at Elisava, I knew exactly what question I’d been carrying. I researched interspecies communication. Hit walls. The science wasn’t there yet. But one evening in Barcelona — surrounded by my cat plush — something shifted. What if I stopped waiting for animals to speak, and started creating something that could? That’s when AIMO began.
But the more I looked at the AI toy market, the more I saw the same problems everywhere.
